Versa Hook – Terms of Use & Liability Waiver 

By completing your purchase, you (“User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Use and Liability Waiver for the Versa Hook product.

1. Assumption of Risk

The Versa Hook is used in connection with strength training equipment and activities that involve inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury, permanent disability, or death.

By purchasing and/or using this product, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with its use, whether such risks are known or unknown.

2. Compatibility & Fitment Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that squat racks, rigs, and related equipment vary between manufacturers in dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.

  • The Versa Hook is not guaranteed to fit all equipment perfectly

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring proper compatibility with your specific rack or rig

3. Mandatory Inspection Requirement

You agree that you will inspect and re-check the Versa Hook before and after each and every use, including:

  • Verifying proper placement and secure attachment

  • Ensuring there is no movement, shifting, or instability

  • Checking for any signs of wear, damage, or deformation

Failure to perform these checks significantly increases the risk of injury.
If the product does not appear secure or shows any defect, you agree to immediately discontinue use.

4. Proper Use & Prohibited Actions

You agree to use the Versa Hook only for its intended purpose.

You will NOT:

  • Modify, alter, or tamper with the product

  • Use the product in any unsafe or unintended manner

  • Use the product if it appears damaged or improperly fitted

5. No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Versa Hook is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Compatibility with specific equipment

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Versa Hook and its owners, manufacturers, affiliates, and sellers shall not be liable for any:

  • Injuries or death

  • Property damage

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

arising out of or related to the use or misuse of the product.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Versa Hook and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the product

  • Your failure to properly inspect or secure the product

  • Your violation of these Terms

8. User Responsibility

You accept full responsibility for:

  • Proper installation and usage

  • Performing required inspections before each use

  • Ensuring a safe lifting environment

9. Binding Agreement

By selecting “I Agree” at checkout, you acknowledge that:

  • This agreement is legally binding

  • You have had the opportunity to review it in full

  • You agree to all terms voluntarily

If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Versa Hook.
